Powder drying is a method of producing a dry powder from a liquid or slurry by rapidly drying with a hot gas. Number of more chemicals as well as food products are preserved and used in powder form . In chemicals inorganic chemicals, pharmaceutical powders whereas in food, egg powder milk powder and fruit powder is to be dried. Also as heat generated is fully utilized heating is faster than other regular heating equipments.Products are safe because smell, test of food product, color remain unchanged.
